Cookie deliveries take place once a week

Tuesday 6pm is the weekly cut off - orders placed after this will be shipped the following week

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

Examples:

• Order before 6pm Tuesday - Delivery Thursday (same week)

• Order after 6pm Tuesday - Delivery Thursday (next week)

In rare circumstances outside of our control, there may be a delay with the courier which could mean that your order is delivered a day late

All of our cookies contain Wheat, Soy, Dairy, and Eggs

Our cookies are produced in a kitchen with all types of Nuts

Traces of Peanut or other Nuts may be present in all of our cookies

Store in an airtight container and enjoy for up to 3 days

To enjoy cookies at their best, heat up in oven or microwave

Place cookies into a preheated oven at 180C. Remove when chocolate has melted (approximately 4-5 mins)

Microwave until chocolate has melted (approximately 20-60 seconds)

Cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months. When ready to eat pop in the oven or air fryer at 160C until warmed through
